About David Willcox
This summer, I will cycle 1020 miles from the remote North coast of Scotland (John O’Groats) to the most westerly point of the British Isles (Lands’ End) in support of 'Bike the UK for MS'.
Multiple sclerosis (or MS) is a chronic, often disabling disease that attacks the central nervous system. Today, new treatments and advances in research are giving hope to people affected by the disease. It is estimated that more than 100,000 people have been diagnosed with MS in the UK.
Individually we have to raise £1 per mile before the 28th July to participate, which in total is £1020.
All money raised will go to 'Bike the UK for MS' supporting research, treatment and fund financial assistance projects across the United Kingdom making life a little easier for all those affected with an end goal of eradicating the disease for good.
ANY donations will be greatly appreciated!
